simple terms for using the bitchin' blog: we want you to be comfortable venting, ranting and raving about whatever it is that's got you all fired up - however, we do have to have a few simple terms in place that we require all users to abide by for the sake of all our visitors:

• what you put on this site should be yours to put on it...and although we don't intend to reuse it someplace else, once its posted, its out there floating around in cyberspace and we can't guarantee someone else won't do something with it...kind of like a rumor, so know that we cannot be held responsible for anything any user posts on this site or whether or not it leads to interesting situations...its up to you and you alone;
• minimal profanity and sexual references will be allowed, so complain to your heart's content, get your gripes out there for others to join in, but keep it relatively clean because you never know who will wind up on this site, possibly your own kids, nieces or nephews - and all visitors, regardless of age, race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, etc., deserve respect;
• any and all uploads, even user profile photos, must be rated G or PG - why? for the same reasons we want to keep the profanity to a dull roar;
• all slander and personal attacks (naming individuals, companies, entities, etc.) will be screened and if found inappropriate, removed - we don't want trouble and you shouldn't either - there are plenty of ways to voice your beef without naming others - why? here again, we refer you to the same reasons listed above; and
• about your privacy:  please note that while we welcome our bloggers and commenters, we do not welcome spam or spammers!  in order to prevent spam from overtaking this site and ruining your experience, we have a protection agent in place and by posting a message or creating a blog entry, you accept that your message and other personal details about you (nothing to fear here and outlined in Mollom's privacy policy) will be analyzed and stored for anti-spam and quality monitoring purposes.  thanks for your understanding - this system is far less intrusive than the typcial "CAPTCHA" you are used to seeing and having to complete on posts and comments, so we hope this makes your venting experience that much more productive!
